Privately situated behind gates on Oxford Road, you'll find no. 101. You'll likely have gone past this home hundreds of times and not realised it's there. But when you do, it's a difficult home to forget.
Forming part of these Victorian Villas, is one of the most impressive homes of this style I've been lucky enough to see. Nothing has been left to chance in this home and the finish is impeccable.
A featured path walkway leads to the front door and entrance porch. Internally a grand hallway leads to the formal living room, complete with fireplace, bay window and built in storage shelves. Neutral tones make you feel instantly calm and you can picture winter evenings bunkering down here.
Socialising will take place to the rear of the house, no doubt. An outstanding kitchen diner space with built in dining seating, integrated appliances, marble style full splashback and feature ceiling window. This space is jaw-dropping. The space to host dinner parties and the room that be the envy of your friends. It also wraps back into a second reception/ snug with log burner.
Just off the kitchen space is a versatile utility and downstairs WC and for additional storage, you have the cellar with access just off the hallway.
The rear garden is perfectly zoned and is a sun-trap with a built in seating area, borders, paved area and artificial grass. Low maintenance and ideal for bbq season.
Upstairs offers three good size bedrooms. The master bedroom stretches the full width of the house and the decor is as chic on the first floor as it is the ground floor. The master bathroom nods to it's Victorian history with a freestanding bath but also add the practicality of a shower cubicle.
This home will genuinely take your breath away. Viewings advised.
